In line with the University’s commitment to efficient public service delivery and a safe, healthy environment, the following policies are hereby reiterated for the strict compliance of all concerned:

1. NO NOON BREAK POLICY
   In reiteration of University Memorandum No. 3372, s. 2022, and pursuant to Republic Act No. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, all employees are reminded of the strict implementation of the “No Noon Break Policy.”
   Section 8 (e) of the said law provides that:
   “Each office or agency which render frontline services shall adopt appropriate working schedules to ensure that all clients who are within their premises prior to the end of official working hours are attended to and served even during lunch break and after regular working hours.”
   In this regard, offices may prescribe their own internal rules and regulations to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of frontline services within their respective units.
