Pursuant to OUP Memorandum #2923 s. 2024, all faculty and staff are hereby reminded to use their PalawanSU email accounts for official correspondence to uphold institutional standards of professionalism, protect data security, and further promote austerity measures
This is to reiterate and emphasize that the official email accounts must be used to transmit academic, administrative, and other institutional communications, including coordination with students, colleagues, offices, and other stakeholders. Transmission shall follow the attached guidelines (Annex A). An e-mail directory of PalawanSU administrators and their offices (Annex B) is also attached for reference.
The PalawanSU Community is also reminded to observe proper email etiquette and avoid using PalawanSU emails for inappropriate purposes. All communications sent through PalawanSU emails are considered part of the University’s official records and are subject to existing policies on data privacy, information management and disposal.
