This Memorandum prescribes the revised policies and procedures on the official recording of work hours, as well as the submission of documentary requirements for the processing of salaries and other financial claims.
- RECORDING OF WORK HOURS
A. Official Record of Work Hours - Only the Daily Time Record (DTR) generated through the Official University Attendance System (Fingerprint Attendance System, Biometrics, or Online Attendance Record), duly accomplished and signed by the employee and the immediate supervisor, shall be recognized as the official record of work hours.
- Any change in the approved mode of attendance system (e.g., from fingerprint biometrics to online attendance) shall be subject to the prior approval of the concerned Vice President.
- Submitted DTRs and all required attachments shall be deemed complete and final upon submission.
- All personnel are directed to utilize the official logbook issued by the Office of Human Resource Management and Development (OHRMD).
