In line with the University’s continuing commitment to security and traffic management, the Main Campus shall strictly enforce the “No Vehicle Sticker/Pass, No Entry” policy. Please follow these guidelines:

1. PSU employees and students
   All private vehicles (cars, motorcycles, and tricycles) must display a valid University-issued sticker/pass to enter and/or park within the University. Vehicles without valid stickers will be denied entry.
2. Exempt Vehicles
   University-owned vehicles and other government vehicles with official agency seals are exempt from the sticker/pass requirement but must adhere to existing University protocols on entry and traffic regulations.
3. Delivery Services (Suppliers, Food, and Parcels)
   Delivery drivers must surrender a valid ID at the gate, use a temporary vehicle pass provided by the security guard, and return the pass upon exit.
4. Public Transport (Public Utility Vehicles, Transportation Network Vehicle Services)
   These vehicles are not allowed within the campus. They must use the designated drop-off and pick-up points outside the main gate.
   The strict enforcement of this policy will take effect on March 3, 2026.
