In response to recent reports of theft and unauthorized entries into university premises—incidents that directly threaten the safety and security of PSU personnel and students—the University is implementing an Ad Hoc Campus Access Policy. These heightened measures are established to ensure the protection of our constituents and the orderly management of campus access - Special Implementation Dates
Please be advised that these security measures will be strictly enforced on February 26 to March 4, 2026. This shall serve as the pilot implementation period. Comments and suggestions will be gathered and evaluated for potential inclusion in the final revised policy until March 3, 2025. The final policy will be released by the Office of the President on March 5, 2026.
